Can The Power in All of Us be used to provide the cost for CITT?

Answer

The Power in All of Us can be spent to pay the 2 resources for CITT. The phrase “while paying for an X card” (found on each of The Power Of cards) doesn’t care where that cost on the card is coming from, whether it’s the resource cost or an ability cost.
