Is Malice still a minion while she is attached to an ally?

Yes. While Malice is attached to an ally: •• She retains the minion card type. •• She retains any damage on her. •• She can be attacked and targeted by card abilities (including attachments) like any minion, but cannot be defeated again, even if she gains hit points or heals damage. •• She is not considered engaged with a player and so cannot activate. •• She is discarded when the card to which she is attached leaves play.
